About the role
The ideal candidate will be process driven, who is keen to show what they can do and run the Workshop as if it's their own. Customer service is paramount, and you will ensure that your team delivers top quality service to their valued clients.
This is a small and tight knit team in the workshop, so existing leadership experience is paramount. You will be joining a team that will support you in achieving your goals.
Ideally you will have:
- Proven experience in a similar role, supervising a team
- Experience mentoring, leading and helping teams to meet KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Devotion to customer satisfaction and service requirements
- Strong computer literacy skills
An excellent remuneration package, comprising of a healthy retainer, bonus system and car allowance will be offered to the successful candidate (c. $120k - $130k base + c. $20k in incentives + car allowance).
