Permanent full time opportunity to provide advanced level clinical, management and leadership skills to ensure high quality and safe mental health service delivery and to implement the strategic direction of a large multidisciplinary and multi-speciality Acute Care Team within Metro North Mental Health – Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (MNMH-RBWH) and at a service level.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- This role reports directly to the Operations Manager, MNMH-RBWH for all operational and clinical
- This role has a professional reporting line to the relevant Nursing or Allied Health Professional
- This role manages a large multidisciplinary clinical team of MH clinicians from either a Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Social Work background and an administration support team across a seven-day/week extended hours service.
