About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to provide advanced level clinical, management and leadership skills to ensure high quality and safe mental health service delivery and to implement the strategic direction of a large multidisciplinary and multi-speciality Acute Care Team within Metro North Mental Health – Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (MNMH-RBWH) and at a service level.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • This role reports directly to the Operations Manager, MNMH-RBWH for all operational and clinical
  • This role has a professional reporting line to the relevant Nursing or Allied Health Professional
  • This role manages a large multidisciplinary clinical team of MH clinicians from either a Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Social Work background and an administration support team across a seven-day/week extended hours service.
