How will I help?
As a Service owner Personal Loans in the Consumer Finance LOB, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing the strategy, design, management and performance (including P&L ownership) of Personal Loans products through the end to end lifecycle. The Personal Loans products include secured, unsecured and Flexiloan (variable revolving line of credit). This position is vital to the portfolio of Personal Loans products and Personal Finance, ensuring they are compliant, profitable, work for customers and perform within our risk appetite. Critical to the success of the is developing an innovative strategy for Personal Finance which is thought leading in a competitive existing landscape. The ability to act in a run and change environment ensuring existing product suite is delivering on profitability, governance and customer best interest whilst being a visionary creating an innovative product roadmap for Personal Finance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Innovation and creativity to create the products of the future for Personal Finance.
- Developing the Personal Loans/Personal Finance strategy, including unique product propositions that are desirable to key target markets.
- Managing new and existing products through the end-to-end Product lifecycle, including financial performance (P&L) and product governance.
- Setting a clear vision and strategy with the Strategy & Planning squad and building a high- performance culture.
- Ensuring product compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks.
- Leading the implementation of initiatives (and supporting others) to drive success as “one team”.

What do I need?
