We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Shepparton Mazda team as a Service Receptionist.
Shepparton Mazda is a third-generation family-owned dealership operating in Shepparton for over 30 years offering a market leading product and newly renovated showroom.
You will be joining a friendly and supportive team who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
- Greeting customers
- Manage guest requirements
- Providing optimal guest care and service
- Handle guest bookings and enquires via phone, email, and walk-in
- Providing detailed explanations of work performed
- Meeting guest satisfaction targets
