What you will be doing
- Answering customer enquiries,
- Screening and transfer incoming calls,
- Meeting and greeting customers,
- Banking and general clerical duties.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Reception experience
- Excellent phone manner and clear communication skills,
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to listen to customer’s requests and be positive and helpful
- Resolve conflict, striving to find a solution agreeable to the customer
- High level computer skills
