The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and be capable of working in a fast paced environment.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Strong administration skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Outlook and Excel
- ERA experience would be an advantage
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide service to a high level
- Manage and schedule customer service bookings
- Ability to meet deadlines and communicate when this is not possible
- Ability to provide a consistent high level of customer service during busy times in reception and on the phone
- Well-developed written and spoken communication skills
