Position Overview: As an Agreement Sales Specialist at Konecranes, you will be responsible for managing sales agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring the successful delivery of our maintenance program. You will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing client relationships, negotiating agreements, and maximizing revenue opportunities within your assigned territory (Victoria). Incentive/Bonus opportunity available, along with company vehicle provided. Allowance and Special conditions available.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leads, directs, and controls relevant sales functions within the location so activities meet the organization’s objectives. Owns the key account management responsibilities over most important clients, sells company's products and services actively.
2. Negotiates terms of sales with clients as required. Executes targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development. Monitors organisation's performance against these goals, within the nominated area. Ensures compliance with contractual specifications.
3. Leads, directs, evaluates, coaches and develops a team of sales personnel. Manages the sales related activities through the CRM systems, ensuring appropriate target setting, lead identification and reporting. Ensures the sales process is managed efficiently through the CRM system. Coaches the sales organization to achieve corporate sales objectives.
4. Contributes to business planning to develop a sales and strategy consistent with the group's overall objectives.
5. Liaises with other managers cross-functionally ensuring sales strategies and activities are aligned with the overall objectives.
