- Support implementation of the aftersales strategy with captive and non-captive retail operations
- Provide support and direction to the retail network in relevant areas.
- Encourage and promote a result/customer oriented mindset and work closely and in good spirit with retail and national teams
- Coach and follow up assigned dealer and workshop service organisation in relation to Dealer Performance
- Monitor branch performance KPI’s and develop strategies together with region and business control
