About us:The story of Toby's Estate began in 1997 with humble beginnings roasting in a garage in Woolloomooloo, today it is a pioneering Australian premium specialty coffee roaster at the forefront of the industry dedicated to pushing the boundaries globally with a focus on innovation, sustainability and knowledge. The Opportunity:As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the maintenance of our equipment for our customers and ensuring they are getting the best possible service and experience. You will be responsible for booking in jobs and building relationships with contractors, basic maintenance on our machines (La Marzocco, Slayer, Mahlkonig and Mythos) and working with our sales and customer service teams to manage installations and removal of equipment as required.

Who are we looking for? Our ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, friendly, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
You must be able to work independently, have a strong work ethic and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous coffee experience is desirable, and a valid driver's license is a must. This is a Monday-Friday opportunity with an expectation to be on call over weekends on a rotational basis (once every 5 weeks) answering phone calls, organising contractors and basic maintenance of machines should anything arise.
