Task & Responsibilities

• Install, Repair and service Handsets, PCs, Tablets, wired phones, small drones and wearableproducts to an exceptional quality.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of end-to-end procedures of electric equipment fromassembling, testing, calibration and installation
• Manage stock of supplies and equipment
• Hardware repair & Support,
• Software repair & Support
• Problem solving and diagnosis of notebook and laptop faults and carrying out repairs withinSLA's
• Accurately complete forms and document repair service reports.
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers

Hours of work

This is a full-time ongoing role, where the incumbent will be expected to work at least 38 hours per week. 

Qualification & Experience

Strong prior minimum 2 or 3 years experience working on repairs for Handsets & Tablets and wearable products.

Excellent customer service and trouble shooting skills

Good communication skills.

Can do attitude and strong eye for detail

If you have experience in micro soldering for motherboards it will be a bonus
