Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and allocate service and repair tasks efficiently.
- Provide accurate customer quotations and follow up promptly.
- Diagnose and test equipment to identify faults.
- Calibrate, adjust, and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to update on equipment status.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in equipment servicing and repair preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
