We are currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant, to work closely with our client to understand their needs and challenges relating to a ServiceNow implementation. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing and implementing end to end ServiceNow solutions and must be comfortable with face to face stakeholder interactions. This role will require you to work onsite from Melbourne CBD.
This is a 12 month daily rate contract which has a high likelihood of extension.
Role Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and collaborate with the client to understand their business processes and needs
- Design and configure ServiceNow solutions to address their needs
- Work with a team to customise ServiceNow applications, forms, and work flows to align with clients' requirements
- Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices for implementing and optimising ServiceNow
- Assist with testing, deployment, and ongoing support of ServiceNow solution
Role Requirements:
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow
- Ideally you will have some ServiceNow development experience but this role will not involve you doing any direct development
- Strong understanding of ITSM and CMDB
- Hands-on experience with the implementation of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customisation, and administration
- Must be consultative with the ability to push back on the client around ServiceNow capabilities and limitations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently
