Servicenow Developers, Architects, System Analysts

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, troubleshoot and implement baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform.
• Manage the platform to ensure stability and implement architectural changes when necessary.
• Scope, design, development and implementation activities across client projects to deliver ServiceNow based solutions.
• Provide comprehensive architecture for ServiceNow applications.
• Ensure seamless integration, robust security, and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform, creating and modifying forms, workflows, and applications.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems, databases, and applications.
• Understand and apply ITSM processes and best practices.

Key experience

• Strong familiarity with ITSM or HRSD or GRC processes and best practices.
• Proficient in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform.

Desirable

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or other ServiceNow certifications
• Experience in managing or participating in ServiceNow implementation projects.
