In this role,

• You’ll be part of the People Team within Transport Shared Services servicing a variety of Internal staff via telephone, live chat and email.
• You’ll manage yourself to work through high volumes of enquiries, adhere to set processes and share best practice across the team.   
• You will act as the first point of contact across multiple customer service channels adhering to processes, providing prompt and proactive customer service and escalating where necessary in a timely manner.

Due to the high volume of positions becoming available this year, A talent pool will be created for ongoing and temporary opportunities that may become available over the next 18 months.

Positions will be for Service Centres located in Grafton and Glen Innes.

About you

Your experience working for an established organisation providing customer service either face to face or over the phone will be a great base for you to build on. You’re process driven and able to ask the right questions to find a solution for customers efficiently while noting process improvements where you see fit. You must be comfortable working against high volumes, flexible to work against a roster and technology savvy enough to learn multiple systems simultaneously.
