The Document Management Program team is responsible for migrating and centralising Document Management across Macquarie's Asset Management division. We are a global team with team members in Sydney, London and New York City.

What role will you play?
Reporting to the Digital Solution Owner of Microsoft 365 you will be responsible for ensuring that the product backlog is up to date and that the business requirements are captured and understood by the development team (epics and user stories). You will analyse data sets from multiple systems and utilise it to design features while supporting the global Business Analysts, change analysts and training manager to ensure the solution design is understood and communicated effectively to the business.
What you offer
- Subject matter expertise in Sharepoint and how it can be configured
- Understanding of both private and public markets
- Experienced agile practitioner and experience maintaining product backlogs
- Data analysis experience with SQL proficiency preferred
- Understanding of Global regulatory requirements for records.
