Profusion is working with a well renowned, market leading, finance client who is looking for an experienced SharePoint Specialist with solid O365 and proven SharePoint migration experience.
Role Overview
This role will see a highly technical SharePoint individual work collaboratively in a team of high performing, extremely analytical finance experts and other business stakeholders.
The best candidate will be analytical, curious and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail, and an analytical mind. They are a natural collaborator, an excellent communicator, open to feedback and eager to work side-by-side with other high performing technical specialists.
SharePoint Specialist Role Overview
- Design, develop, deliver, and support major SharePoint, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams implementations.
- Drive and orchestrate multiple document migrations into SharePoint
- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders, performing Information Architecture assessments and designs, specifically document mapping.
- Previously worked as an Administrator in SharePoint, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams
- Provide SharePoint Training and documentation to users.
Experience and skills
- 5+ years in IT or related area.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or related study preferable
- Requires deep in-depth SharePoint knowledge to guide coach and train peers.
- SharePoint and/or Microsoft 365 certifications
- Workshop facilitation, Procedure documentation and Training.
- Sharegate/AvePoint SharePoint Migration Tool experience.
- Outstanding communications, Time management, Stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Finance, Super, Wealth industry background (preferred)
