Shoppers & Pickers to Support our Operations Team!

Looking for Pick Packers to Support our drone Operations Team in the suburbs of Brisbane.

About the Role 
In this role, you’ll Support our drone delivery operations on the ground. You’ll play a key part in preparing orders and exceeding KPI’s for drone delivery.

Location: Orion Springfield Central shopping centre. 
Start date: Feb 5th 2024

Pay rate: weekday: $31.61p/hr + super | Saturday: $37.94p/hr + super | Sunday: $44.26p/hr + super
Hours: Tuesday - Sunday (8:30am - 6pm preference)

• Demonstrate effective communication skills and relationship-building
• Picking and Packing orders. Pick orders that come through the app, pack the order and hand-off to correct personnel
• Delight customers: Provide our customers with the best possible experience on each and every  order. You will be responsible for order accuracy and fulfilment speed.  
• Partner: This site will be a pilot site for new autonomous solutions for order fulfilment. You’ll assist with any troubleshooting operational issues as they arise.

• Superb communication skills (oral and written)
