We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a sales-orientated Showroom Manager to lead our high-performing team at our luxury showroom in Port Melbourne. Leading a small team you will drive sales, promote a high-performing and collaborative culture, and ensure the showroom is maintained to the highest of standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise sales opportunities while always providing an excellent standard of customer service.
- Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' furnishing needs.
- Leading a small team to successfully achieve weekly KPIs & targets
- Training and coaching new staff as well as constantly developing your team.
- Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing great aftercare service.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Branch Managers and sales teams to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
About you:
- A proved track record in mid-high end architectural / interiors showrooms and industry connections with architects and designers
- Experience in managing key accounts
- Be driven to succeed, competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Lead a successful team of Sales Consultants to drive our brand
- Be available to work Saturday being our most critical and busy day
- Immaculately presented, suitable for a high-end showroom environment
- Have exceptional leadership and motivational skills to be able to drive sales outcomes with every team member
