About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Showroom Sales Consultant to join our Silverwater showroom. You will be responsible for overall showroom management, sales execution and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key to your role will be delivering both product and client focused solutions.
This is a 12 month contract position however this role will offer you the potential to secure an ongoing career and transition into our Client Relations/ Sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Overall showroom management - welcoming customers into the showroom and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Assisting with sales forecasting and meeting allocated sales targets
- Handling correspondence [phone calls and emails] and addressing customer enquiries/requests
- Providing in-depth knowledge and information about products
- Assisting with product demonstrations
- Assisting with quotes, sales orders, invoicing, payments, follow ups
- Liaising with internal teams
- Other ad hoc duties as required
- Previous experience in sales/customer service/showroom or store management
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proactive, motivated, and adaptable
- Advanced computer literacy skills [MS Office Suite, CRMs]
- A 'can-do' attitude
