An opportunity exists for a Sales Consultant with good people skills, sales ability and a flair for design to join our team.
This exciting role is based in our beautiful showroom based near the centre of Newcastle NSW. The role involves servicing the needs of our showroom customers, designers and walk-in clients and is full time.
The Role
We offer a competitive salary and additional bonus scheme to reward achievement of sales targets. The role requires you to:
- Provide consultation and assistance to clients with product selections to create product specification
- Manage showroom enquiries, provide quotations and follow up
- Monitor and manage a monthly and annual Sales and Gross Profit Target
- Develop the existing client base and build new market opportunities to drive sales within your portfolio
- Manage and monitor your Sales Pipeline
- As a part of our showroom team, ensure we present an engaging and creative space for our clients
You
- An eye for detail and strong colour/design focus
- Energetic, friendly, with a high level of team spirit
- Proven sales ability
- Excellent customer service, with the ability to build rapport with high end customers
- High level of organisation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage and build a portfolio of clients and projects
- Computer literacy and proficiency
- Interest or qualification in Design
