We are a well-established law firm located in the Perth CBD. We are currently seeking a Conveyancing Assistant/Office Assistant to join our team.

Tasks and Responsibilities.
The key responsibilities include:
- File creation
- Answering phone calls and monitoring emails
- Greeting of clients and visitors
- General client assistance
- Conveyancing file management and document preparation
- Liaising with clients and other parties involved in transactions
- Attending settlements when necessary
- Ordering of government searches
- Arranging settlements
- Providing general support to lawyers and other team members as needed
- Assisting with general office administration duties
Our Requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes:
- Previous conveyancing experience is a bonus, but not necessary. Full training on systems and processes is provided
- At least 1 years of experience working in office environment (preferable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills
- Keen work ethic, enthusiasm and commitment
- A positive and professional outlook with proactive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- The ability to take direction and feedback in a positive manner
- Fluency in Chinese or Cantonese is an advantage due to our diverse client base
