Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Site Administrator for a 2-month outage project beginning 4 March 2024, in the La Trobe Valley VIC. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the site team. This is a local position only.
Key responsibilities will include
• Provide administrative support to the project/site team
• Assist the Site Manager, Payroll, Quality, and HSEQ teams in generating and updating internal and external reports
• Data entry from variety of information sources
• Document management

What you will bring
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role within the construction or resources sector
• Confident and capable user of MS Office Suite (particularly Word & Excel) to assemble and maintain project documents and quality records for projects, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Experience maintaining quality documentation (highly regarded)
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work unsupervised and handle fluctuating workloads
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to utilise initiative and problem solve
• Proof of right to work in Australia
