AddressSite Administrator
We are looking for someone that is self-motivated and can hit the ground running. Someone with strong organizational and efficient computer skills and that has a desire for helping others and doing whatever tasks need doing. The role will be part time & based at Curragh Mine site, located in Blackwater Applications need to be Local to this area.
Full support and training will be provided.
About the role
- Permeant part time
- Residential position with flexible hours - Great for a parent needing school hours. 5 hours per day 5 day working week.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, training.
- Establishing and maintaining strong site relationships.
- Assisting in the document training process for team and all mine site Mobilisation
- Monitor and order supplies when necessary.
- Order and organizes PPE, Uniforms and Supplies when needed.
- Other ad hoc duties as requested including but not limited to – flight bookings, accommodation arrangements training, compliance processing.
- Ability to pass a Coal board Medical is Required
The ideal applicant will have:
- Experience with or similar programs such as Xero, Myosh, Assigner, Share point, Microsoft office, Excel, and Outlook
- Mobilise me experience or similar.
- Data Entry and Document control experience, and the ability to quickly pick up new systems.
- Administration experience with exposure to maintenance, mining or heavy industry environment will be highly regarded.
- Excellent time management and record keeping skills.
- Create Good relationships and liaison between multiple stakeholders.
- High-level organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach and can-do attitude
