EPSA is seeking a Site Administratorto be employed by the company on a full-time permanent basis and provide administrative support to the project team. This is your chance to unlock your full potential and make a lasting impact.
About the role:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for employees regarding timesheets and payroll queries, and ensuring all information is up to date for the fortnightly and monthly payrolls.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed and maintained for personnel records, as required for new and existing employees.
- Set up new employees and Sub-contractors in personal web following company guidelines.
- Liaise with payroll personnel to ensure accuracy of data entries.
- Coordinate and communicate all new employee and internal movements
- Foster productive relationships with all stakeholders, both onsite and offsite within EPSA.
- Everyday admin tasks such as ordering stationary, drop offs and pick-ups etc.

As the Site Administratoryou will be based on site atthe Commodore Minein Millmerran, Queensland
To be successful you will have:
- Minimum 3 years Site Administration experience.
- Medium to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Sharepoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to liaise with Employees at all levels.
- Ability to demonstrate skills in effective time management, organisation and teamwork.
- Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Exposure to training, employment and HR Administration, and familiarity with Payroll processes
- Current drivers licence.
- Experience in the mining industry.
- Current Coal Board Medical
- Current Standard 11
