AE Group Civil & Mining is an established civil and mining infrastructure company that have been operating specialist earthwork projects throughout Australia and overseas.
We are currently looking for a permanent full-time Site Administrator with exposure within a Civil or Mining environment to join our team in the Bowen Basin Region on a 5/2 roster.
As a Site Administrator on our site, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Daily data entry of timesheets, machine hours and site movements
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
Reconcile and report on monthly data
Run daily reports to monitor and maintain records and distribution of weekly reports
Complete and maintain records for the hire and running of heavy and light machinery on site, including breakdowns and servicing
Complete requisitions and purchase orders for goods and services, including receipting and invoice reconciliation.
Data entry of fuel usage and reconciliations for monthly claims
Support site and head office management teams
Suitable for applicants who reside close to Tieri Township
FIFO with flight + camp accommodation option also available
Required skills and attributes:
Previous administration experience in civil/mining site environment would be advantageous, but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and computer accuracy.
Proven Microsoft Office computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management with the ability to prioritise workload.
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team.
