The Role:
Coordinate site mobilisation activities, ensuring all logistics are efficiently managed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for the project, including site reports, safety records, and procurement logs.
- Assist in scheduling and organising site meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory of site supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Your Profile:
- Previous experience as a Site Administrator in the construction industry, preferably within energy projects.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
