About the role
We are currently seeking an immediately available, energetic, self-motivated and suitably experienced Site Administrator to join our Site team. This role is offered as a 8:6 roster Tuesday to Tuesday (Tuesdays are half days).
Key duties
As our Site Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the Production Team as well as ensuring our employees accommodation and onboarding is taken care of. Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Production data entry and recorder management
- Maintain Health and Safety spreadsheets and track all statistics;
- Assist in the preparation of information for all teams including Senior Site Management, Health and Safety, site access and inductions;
- Maintain accommodation requirements for all site personnel;
- Data Entry external client portals (Field Leadership, Hazard Entry, SharePoint);
- Purchase uniforms for all site personnel
Skills & Experience Required
- Be immediately available or have a short (1 week notice period)
- Experience with Accommodation/ Mobilisation as well as general Admin duties
- Data entry, recording and report creation
- A current Queensland driver's licence
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Current Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical
- Competent computer skills including strong systems knowledge Microsoft Suite
- Experience in a site based, rostered Admin role
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to multitask & prioritise to meet strict deadlines
- A great working attitude being both reliable & flexible
- Certificate in Business Administration or similar
