THE OPPORTUNITY
Location: Bells Creek, Caloundra
We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our team in Bells Creek. This role will facilitate a smooth operation of the Bells Creek Site daily by performing a variety of administration tasks whilst providing excellent customer service.
YOUR RESPONSILBITIES

• Visitor and Contractor reception and inductions.
• Traffic direction for deliveries and collections.
• Procurement tasks such as data entry, monitoring payments and preparing purchase orders.
• Assisting the Site Leadership Team with administrative support.
• Maintaining all office and facility supplies inventory, replenishing as required.
• Directing phone calls as required.
• Coordination of mandatory training as directed.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in a customer service or administrative role in a related industry.
• Intermediate computer skills in data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in IT solutions and office software.
• Experience in Microsoft AX or similar ERP software is an advantage.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
