KAEFER Integrated Services Pty Ltd is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Site Administrator to join our team, based in Gladstone.Your key area of responsibilities will include:
Liaise with head office HR on the recruitment and commencement of new employees, ensuring all new starter paperwork is completed and returned in a timely manner;
Monthly man hour reconciliation for head office;
Raise purchase order requisitions, ensuring quantities, pricing, product codes and supplier details are correct. Ensure these are approved and submitted to head office purchasing in a timely manner;
Entering of weekly timesheets into the internal payroll system in a timely manner;
Ordering uniforms for onsite employees when required;
Maintain filing and record keeping systems, both tangible and electronic documents;
Maintain registers and reporting systems, such as employee training, safety incidents, contract / productivity progress reports, visitor sign-in sheets etc. as required;
General administrative duties as required.
To be considered for this role you must have:
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Site Administrator role;
Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent would be favourable;
Current Drivers Licence (manual preferred);
Proficient in the use of computer based software, particularly the 2010 Microsoft Office Package;
An eye for detail and accuracy with numbers is essential;
Able to work under pressure, multi-task, together with the capacity to plan and prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines;
Strong and professional communication and customer service skills;
