About the role
• Assist all departments with data entry as required
• Monitor project invoice reconciliation and receipting requirements
• Carry out Routine and EOM Reporting for multiple departments: Production, Maintenance, Commercial, Engineering and Administration
• Arrange all corporate travel for the project
• Maintain Employee Handbook and Contact Lists for the project
• Assist with role coverage for administration teams when required
• Manage site stationery, PPE and office consumable stocks
• Ad-hoc tasks as required
