About the Position:
In partnership with our leading mining client, WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Administrator / Site Systems Administrator based within Moranbah. This position will be Monday to Friday Roster, 7 am to 4 pm for an 4 - 5 month initial duration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Proficient computer skills in Excel and Outlook with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to organise and manage competing demands and priorities.
Ability to work and engage in a strong team environment.
Exposure to SuccessFactors Learning Management System desirable.
Assisting CMWâ with training, LMS and gate entry queries.
Daily data entry requirements utilising SuccessFactors and Documentum platforms.
Provide Supervisor support with reporting requirements.
Develop strong working relationships with our key stakeholders.
Support the Site Systems team to drive compliance, training and reporting initiatives that positively influence the culture and performance of the site.
Skills and Experience:
Training administration and or administration background - must be experienced IN administration
Outgoing personality with a drive to deliver quality customer service.
Strong communication skills that support you building relationships at all levels of the business.
A proactive approach in identifying issues coupled with the confidence to generate and put forward creative solutions.
