RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend construction meetings regularly to keep updated on site progress.
- Efficiently manage and coordinate contract performance and construction practices.
- Resolve construction-related issues promptly.
- Understand project contract terms, scopes, and engineering specifics thoroughly.
- Monitor productivity levels within the designated project section diligently.
- Prioritize and enforce health and safety standards on-site.
- Actively participate in pre-project briefings to fully grasp project objectives.
- Provide daily supervision and guidance to ensure safe and high-quality work.
- Communicate incidents, issues, or delays promptly to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and report training needs for site crew personnel.
- Assist in evaluating the performance of site crew personnel.
- Focus primarily on quality assurance tasks such as checking reinforcements and sampling during concrete pours.
- Implement general quality assurance procedures on-site.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil/Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in on-site piling environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of piling techniques including D-wall, large diameter rotary bored, and ground improvement operations.
- Adaptability to demanding work conditions.
- Proactive approach to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Competitive salary package ranging from $70k to $90k base + super (negotiable based on skills & experience).
