These roles will suit someone who has drive and aspirations to grow and develop into an established member of the teams and progress through the business into a future leader with the assistance of inhouse career development.
Local applications are encouraged to apply but will look a candidates who are willing to work on a DIDO basis with meals and accommodation provided with a LAFA allowance.
Your Position
- Oversee delivery of bulk earthworks, road/pavement, drainage and landscaping scope of works
- Work closely with site supervisors to provide engineering and technical support
- Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of activities
- Provide input to solutions to complex challenges and strive towards safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirements
- Manage the quality assurance of works and oversee some procurement requirements.
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
- Construction White Card
- Prior experience working on subdivisions of any kind with either a head contractor or Sub-contractor
- Leadership potential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient experience with Microsoft programs
