Number of Stories: 12 (including 4-5 basements) Unit Configuration: 3 and 4-bedroom residences Build Value: Approximately $35 Million Unit Sale Price: Approximately $3 Million each Build Time: Approximately 2 years Duties As the Foreman, you will be a key player in the successful execution of the luxury apartment building project. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising and coordinating construction activities on-site.
Managing and motivating construction crews to achieve project milestones. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control measures. Collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain efficient workflows.
Overseeing the installation of structures, services, and finishes. Reporting daily progress and challenges to the Site Manager. Criteria
To be considered for the Foreman position, candidates must possess the following: Proven experience as a Foreman in residential construction. Expertise in structural, services, and finishes work. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
