I am seeking an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record in overseeing townhouse projects to manage a prestigious waterfront development!
Our client, a reputable builder/developer, is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team for a 4-story townhouse waterfront project. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile development and make a significant impact on the local community.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire construction process, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budget
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or delays
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders
- Manage project budgets, including cost control and forecasting
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between all parties involved in the project
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably with a focus on townhouse projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
