In this autonomous role, you will be the Site Manager based at the Mrytleford Football/Netball Club, managing onsite trades. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, together with driving the project while coordinating all trades, alongside a Foursites Senior Project Manager. Reporting to the management team in Melbourne you will enjoy being independent while also reporting online using Excel, Procore, and 1Breadcrumb software. This role presents the opportunity for someone looking to step into the construction industry and potentially build their way up in the commercial construction management field. The project period for this role is between July and December 2024 (6-7 months)
To be successful it is expected that you will be comfortable reading site plans and SWMS, have well-developed people skills, be highly organized, and enjoy multitasking. The demonstrated ability to work independently will be important while your focus on safety is paramount. You will possess qualifications/certificates in; First Aid, OH&S, Construction Induction Safety Card, and working with children check. We also express that this role will occasionally require out-of-hour work on weekends.
