Site Manager

THE ROLE: 

Due to ever growing operations throughout Victoria, we currently have an outstanding opportunity for a result driven Site Manager with a passion for medium-density projects and building quality homes, on time and on budget.

You will be responsible for:

• Overall management of the site, coordination of the staging plan, working with the Project Manager to ensure the job is delivered on time and in budget
• Managing the call up of trades and suppliers to ensure the job progresses as per program. 
• Supervise trades on site, ensuring the building process / program is followed and OH&S, quality and regulatory guidelines are met.
• Ensure paperwork, forward planning and reports occur as required

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: 

• 4+ years supervising experience in medium density
• Exceptional communication skills
• Demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• The ability to read and interpret plans
• The capability to build rapport across all levels of the business
• A passion and pride for their work

  
As well as the above, you are reliable, a team player and detail oriented.
