I am representing a well-established and highly regarded contractor who has a proven history of providing exceptional service for corporate clients across Australia. This contractor has a great client base that they work with on repeat business on a variety of interesting and high-end commercial projects.
About the Role
They have a flagship project starting with a value of $30m+. The successful Site Manager will be required to take full control of the project from start to finish looking after initial civil works through to the construction and finishes. The Site Manager will be required to coordinate trades and sub-contractors to ensure the program is delivered on time and within budget. The Site Manager will be responsible for all health and safety on site and will work closely with the client to ensure excellent standards of working practice.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all labour activity on site.
- Liaise between all parties to ensure efficient work between suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Ensure excellent working standards are adhered to.
- Ensure high levels of health and safety.
Skills & Experience
- 5 years+ of Supervisory experience in Construction (New-Build/Finishes)
- Experience on high-value projects of $50m+
- Commercial experience preferred
- Proficient in the use of I.T Systems (Experience with Procore desired)
- Experience working for reputable Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors
- Excellent communication skills
