The Opportunity:
Our client is one of Australia's largest Industrial Maintenance Services provider. Providing tailored maintenance solutions to a number of large companies across the country. We are supporting them with the recruitment for a Site Manager on a permanent basis.
The Site Manager will be responsible for the delivery of service excellence to the contract through the effective management and monitoring of all operational requirements in order to deliver all required works in a safe, timely and client desired manner meeting the business' quality standards.
In addition, Site Manager is responsible, in conjunction with the Operation and Regional Manager, to expand the provision of services provided under the contract.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant Trade Qualification, electrical trade highly desired
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering, project management or other relevant field, &/or appropriate tertiary qualifications in relevant business-related discipline.
- A proven track record in business or contract management gained in a hands-on operational, contractual environment.
- Experience in management gained in a midsized company with accountability for all aspects of the operation of a nominated project.
- Current drivers licence
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills

- Plans activities well in advance; organises and schedules events, activities and resources; prioritises and manages time to achieve results.
- Strives for and succeeds in the performance of their role and the success of the business
