Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee our retail fitout projects. As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish. You'll collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
Site Supervision: Overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Problem-Solving: Address any on-site challenges promptly and proactively.
Quality Assurance: Ensure workmanship meets industry standards and client expectations.
Budget Control: Monitor project costs and track expenses.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate site teams, including subcontractors and labourers.
Requirements:
Experience: Site Manager in retail fitout or commercial construction.
Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software, safety protocols, and quality control.
Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected challenges and adapt to changing circumstances.
