About The Role
Our customers are adults who live with a disability with complex behaviours of concern and at times complex health issues. The support they receive from you will assist our customers to live the life they want. Support varies from customer to customer, and from day to day.
Essential Criteria:
- Passionate about the rights of people with a disability and uses this to drive best quality practice
- Leadership experience providing care services in the disability, health or community sector.
- Genuine interest in developing as a People Leader
- Efficient in risk assessments and documentation
- Ability to influence culture and change through role modelling, coaching, mentoring and feedback
- Experience in budget management, data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Sound technology skills, including ability to interpret, collate and report on data
- Highly organised, loves to complete tasks, implement processes, and evaluate performance
- Creative thinker, ability to provide out of the box solutions to complex challenges
- A Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent accreditation in social science or community services will be highly regarded.
Successful applicants require a current NSW Drivers Licence, a current First Aid Certificate and a full COVID-19 vaccination and booster. An offer will be subject to a police clearance, a pre-employment medical and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
