- Head Contractor 18-month minimum project timeline, with secured work
- Location: Rouse Hill / Sydney Hills District
- Salary range: $180,000 - $230,000 + Super which is dependent of experience and value you can bring.
In this role you’ll be working alongside the Project Manager, to execute the developer’s vision for this brand-new commercial retail precinct. You will be managing and delivering the construction program, driving site standards of staff and subcontractors, encouraging a collaborative team environment leading to successful delivery of timelines & budgets.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience in delivering large scale commercial new build project. Ideally exposure to project above $30 million would help with in being successful in this role
