Site Manager - Government Projects

We have an immediate need for a Site Managers to work for a leading commercial builder on education projects

ATLAS Recruitment are currently looking for Site Managers to work for a Melbourne based commercial builder, delivering education projects in the north and western suburbs
Due to their increased workload this year they are looking to engage a contract Site Manager to help deliver this small package of works.
Candidates must have previous experience in commercial construction, preferably within health, education or Government projects.
Key Responsibilities:
The Site Manager will be supporting the existing site-based team, working with a Project Manager with the primary duties to assist them day to day in managing the activities on site. We are looking for individuals who are driven, motivated and who look to solve problems. Whilst this could be either a contract or full-time role, either way, we are looking for someone who can fit in with the current project team and will be invested in reaching project completion on time and budget.
To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Successfully managed commercial building projects up to $30m
• Previous experience with Procore would be an advantageous
• Well presented with excellent communication skills
• Ran pre-starts and toolbox talks
• Previously been responsible for OH&S and quality on-site
