Site Manager - Orange

Company

We are currently working in partnership with a head contractor who is NSW based and has a solid pipeline of forthcoming projects in NSW.. They have operated out of Sydney for 10 years and have an excellent reputation with their clients ... They take on complex projects ranging from $1m up to $80m in a range of sectors.   

The Project

The project is based in Orange and will be a $3 mill refurbishment of a depot which will run for 22 weeks - The project will involve a new roof as well as internal works.

The Role

You will be reporting directly to your Project Manager who will be located in head office and visit the site every other week, so you will need to take full responsibility for the project including all OH&S requirements. 

To be considered for this role you will have: 

• Preferably Come from a trade background.
• Proven experience delivering projects up to $5M as a Site Manager
• Strong commercial/industrail or similar experience
