Site Manager - Stage One

What's on offer? 

As a Stage OneSite Manager you will be responsible for all works from the day the project is ready to start construction until the base is completed, and the frame is delivered to site. You will take ownership for all quality and compliance for the base stage and ensure that all works completed are as per engineering and permit requirements. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Daily site inspections 
• Ensure all jobs meet agreed build timeframes 
• Ensure subcontractors are working in accordance with program and budget 
• Coordinate subcontractor’s activities to maximise productivity and efficiency 
• Ensure site achieves a high level of cleanliness and HSE requirements are met 
• Undertake checklist inspections and relevant rectification works 
• Ensure that all relevant Building Surveyor & QA Inspections are carried out and approved 
• Check all stages of slab pour and ensure compliance 

What can you bring? 

• Your ability to interpret building plans, engineers reports and specifications 
• An understanding of concrete and stage 1 construction 
• Have the ability to demonstrate customer service skills 
• Have a can do positive attitude, be highly organised and target driven
