What do you do?
- Complete projects within budget, time and standards
- Maintain impeccable standards in OHS
- Accurate and timely administration
- Supervise, manage, coordinate site activities
- Provide direction to all sub-contractors and trades persons
- Effectively manage the clients’ expectations
What do you need?
- At least 3 years of experience in residential site management
- Strong people management and customer liaison ability
- Proven experience in a high-volume environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
