Site Manager

Regis Built commenced trading in 2003, we assist our customers with site selection, feasibility studies, financing options, design and construction. We support many BIG players in the storage industry to make their vision a reality.

We have a projects in the Eastern and Northern suburbs and we need to expand our team to support our growing business! We need someone who is ready to get their hands dirty and be part of a growing team in a company that has been around a long time!

We are open to have the right person join as a permanent part of our team post contract completion.

About the Role

• Overseeing and assisting with onsite works
• Monitoring and optimising continuous performance of subcontractors regards to safety, quality and programme 
• Monitor work against specifications, ensure the quality and accuracy of work.
• Ensuring Occupational Health and Safety is adhered to on-site
• Ensure complete transparency with your team, clients and consultants. 
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure successful delivery of the construction program.
• Lead by example project-specific meetings.
• Monitor and oversee site conditions and WHS. 
• Ensure project is tracking according to agreed timelines
• Produce progress reports
• Coordinate trades and deliveries on site
• Manage defects
• Liaising with sub-contractors, architects, and various stakeholders

Qualifications

• You will have extensive experience in site management delivering commercial projects with a track record in Commercial up to $10M.
• Minimum 5 years industry experience as a Site Manager for a similar size company
• Trade qualification in construction. 
• Proficient with MS office and MS project.
