As a Site Operations Leader (Supply Chain), your focus initially will be to oversee ongoing logistical transformative Supply Chain improvement projects. As the role progresses, and projects get routinely delivered, the position will transition into an operational capacity where your valuable expertise and knowledge of operational processes will support and collaborate to deliver continuous improvement (CI) outcomes.
You’ll have –
1-3 years Supply Chain operational/project/CI experience.
Proven track record of demonstrable improvement outcomes with a bias towards formality and visual management.
Ability to build project plans from the ground up, and work without direct supervision.
Exceptionally good problem solving, root cause analysis and CI skills.
Eligible to hold an Aviation Securities ID Card.
Microsoft Office Suite of products, advanced Excel skills.
A demonstrated ability to communicate and influence stakeholders across Supply Chain functions and metrics.
Awareness and understanding of special handling requirements, and dangerous goods / hazardous material classifications.
Examples of teamwork success, customer service leadership and financial acumen.
Excellent time management skills.
Knowledge of CASA/EASA/FAA Regulatory requirements (desirable)
