The Role
The CopRice Wangaratta Manufacturing facility is currently recruiting for a full time, permanent Site Services Officer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will experience a safe working environment and collaborative culture within a close-knit team.
The purpose of the role is to coordinate Site Services and provide general administrative support to the Wangaratta site; which includes supporting Safety, Quality and Distribution functions. This is a varied role which includes general office management, invoicing and ordering, system maintenance and fielding team enquiries.
You will be fully trained and have opportunity to spend time with the substantive position holder before taking the reins.
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Administrator who is looking for that "little bit more".
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
- 3-5 years administration experience within manufacturing industry (or relevant industry)
- High degree of computer literacy including the full Microsoft office suite
- SAP is our system of choice and previous experience would be highly valued.
- Pro-active, self-motivated and reliable individual
- Ability to priortise workload and balance multiple priorities.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate across all levels of the hierarchy
