101 Residential, part of the Scott Park Group is a quality award winning home building company based in Perth, building affordable but spacious two-storey homes. Through clever design and quality construction, a 101 Residential home makes the most of every precious square meter of even the narrowest block.
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Start Supervisor to join our team and service both Northern and Southern builds. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of our slab down construction.
As a Site Start supervisor at 101 Residential, you have industry experience in a similar role within residential construction and availability to work in Perth and surrounding suburbs is mandatory for the successful candidate.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensure that our slab down construction activities meet the approved standards, quality, and plans.
- Supervise and coordinate the start of our builds!
- Monitor trades and contractor resources and performances in order to deliver projects as per the schedule.
- Provide technical advice on risks, priorities and remedial strategies related to the residential construction program.
- Respond and resolve issues escalated from team members, trades and customers in relation to the construction of homes in a timely matter.
- Ensure efficient planning, scheduling and delivery of materials
- Relationship building with trades, subcontractors, and clients; and
- Ensure compliance of safe work practices and processes for self and others on-site.
To be Successful in this role, you will be required to have:
- Site Supervision experience
- Proven track record in delivering quality house with excellent time management skills
- Relevant trade qualification (desirable but not essential)
- C-Class driver's license
